Gift Cards Make the Perfect Gift!

Southland Mall Gift Cards are the perfect gift for any occasion. All gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Gift Cards are accepted at all mall retailers, which accept Discover Card. Gift Cards are available in denominations of $20 and higher and may be purchased in person at the Customer Service Center.

Southland Mall Gift Cards allow you to make purchases in multiple stores using the same card until it is depleted. It works just like a debit card-fast and easy!

For your convenience we accept the following for all Gift Card purchases:

Cash, Business Checks, Travelers Checks, Debit Cards, Discover Cards, MasterCard, Visa and Southland Mall Gift Cards.

Cards Credit used for payment must be presented at pick up.

We do not accept personal checks.

Southland Mall Gift Cards are issued by BB&T Financial, FSB and serviced in part through MidAmerica Gift Certificate Company.  Terms and conditions apply (including an administrative fee of $3.00 per month beginning in the thirteenth month after the month of card purchase, and additional fees which may apply) and are available at the Customer Service Center and in materials which accompany each card. 

Gift Card Maintenance Fee:

If the Gift Card is not used for 12 consecutive months, a $3.00 dormancy fee will be assessed against the balance of the Gift Card in the 13th month and each month after unless the Card is used. Once the card is used again, the dormancy fee will cease until 12 more months on non-use passes. No other fees will be charged. The Gift Card is valid until the Valid Thru date printed on the card, which is at least 5 years from the date the Card is purchased.

Corporate purchases are available through the Mall Office during the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Payment for corporate orders may be made by corporate check or credit card with valid ID. Order forms are available by calling 985.876.4765.
